PS RevOps
PS RevOps was founded by Aaron Babcock, who through his career had seen professional services organizations struggle to turn sales into real revenue and profits. He came up with the Six Lens Method as a way to help companies and PS organizations fix that gap. Created and delivered by someone who ran a large services P&L and carried the number, not by a consultant applying a framework they don’t truly understand.

What that looks like against each lens
Utilization & Capacity
Delivered the highest regional revenue in three years with fifteen fewer staff, by streamlining service agreement extensions, prioritizing workload, and optimizing backlog.
That is the conversion gap, closed and quantified.
Pricing & Packaging
Led cross-functional deal reviews with sales, legal, finance, and delivery that improved deal margins and eliminated high-risk opportunities before they reached delivery.
Scope fenced before signature rather than absorbed afterwards.
Delivery Methodology
Built a consulting practice from nothing — service offerings, project templates, and delivery processes — cutting project startup time by 18% and generating $2M in initial bookings.
The same work the methodology lens assesses, done from zero.
Economics
Improved consulting and resident services margins by nine points.
Margin recovered structurally, not through one-off cuts.
